  2. 💪Physical Self Regulation: sleep, diet, movement and habit formation make up the foundation of our self regulation practices. In this section we cover the researched strategy for getting these patterns into our nervous system effectively.
  3. ⚡️Measure what Matters: I've got some trust issues.... so here are some very concrete measuring tools you can use to leverage your nervous systems tolerance for change and stimulation.
  4. 🧠Mental Self Regulation: In this section we understand how uncertainty and over stimulation shape our thoughts. With tactical strategy for what to do with it.
  5. 🥰Emotional Self Regulation: Listen close, you have feelings in that body of yours. Not just thoughts about feelings but real genuine feelings that are the source of your authentic connection to purpose and meaning in your life. Here we learn how to feel, safely and intentionally.
  6. 🕺Social Regulation: This section is dedicated to communication, community and co-regulation. How to find your people, speak your truth and set boundaries to protect your hard earned peace in life.
